LITHO PRINTING

The litho printing process is not new, but the technology around this process is constantly evolving. To ensure we are able to give our customers the greatest advantage, we have followed an exciting policy of continual investment in plant and equipment which has made us one of the most modern and well-equipped sheet-fed litho printing plants in South Africa. We have clients across all sectors and have experience in producing every conceivable product for them.

In a nutshell we are a B1 site running only Heidelberg presses which we think are as good as Rolls Royce! We use the latest technologies including ink temperature control and control linked in via CIP 3 & 4 connections, and believe these – among many other strengths – make us one of the most modern printing facilities in Southern Africa. In support of this Impress will be installing a Heidelberg XL 105 with complete coating options during 2017, You may ask why? With Impress being one of the few plants in South Africa to house a Heidelberg XL with all the bells & whistles we feel confident that we will deliver industry leading quality and service.
