St. Martins Pre-Primary school held their annual fund raising golf day at the Royal Durban Golf Club on 22 June 2017, with 32 four-ball teams participating.
Impress Print & Packaging was invited as a sponsor to join in the festivities, and to contribute to the occasion.
What we did was use our digital printing and packaging divisions to deliver a completely customised event solution.
For starters we printed 150 completely unique goody-bags – all with a golfing theme.
Inside each goody bag we included
- a voucher for the printing of 250 free business cards
- A box (that we printed) of sweeties
- A box (that we printed) with a novelty pen, and
- A wiro-bound notebook
… once again with a golf theme. What made it extra special, is that our high-tech equipment generated 150 completely unique versions of the design theme. Every notebook, every box, and every goody-bag was completely unique.
What we also did was hire two professional photographers for the day to photograph each and every golf team at the start of the game.
We took those photographs back to the factory and – once again using our technology – printed 150 tent calendars – each with a team photograph on – delivering the entire job back to the golf day, just in time for the evening prize giving!
