In this blog post, we will show you how to navigate our user-friendly online store, to help you place an online order with us. Get high-quality print products delivered straight to your door at a click of a button!
Step 1: Log in or Create an Account
The first thing you are going to want to do is create a profile with us. This is going to make your ordering and delivery process smooth and simple: click the Login icon on your top right-hand side, and follow the prompts to create a profile – or log in, if you already have an Impress Printers account. We don’t need any complicated details – just your name and basic contact information, and of course a password. Make sure that your password is strong and keep it handy so you don’t forget it.
Step 2: Browse our Range or Request a Quote
The next step is essentially perusing our offering of print and packaging products. We have a wide range of incredible, fully customizable print and packaging items to suit your every need. Scroll through our catalogue and take a look for yourself! If you don’t however see what you need, you are able to click on you top left-hand side on Request a Quote, and this will take you to a form whereby you are able to tailor your request as well as attach whatever files are relevant.
If you have picked a product or products from our range, click on the items, and now you are ready to customize.
Step 3: Configure and Customise Order
Now for the fun part! At Impress Printers, we believe in our clients being able to customize their print and packaging products exactly according to how they want it. After all, print items stand as the face of your business and branding. In this step, you are going to be configuring your item(s) according to your needs such as quantity, material type and size.
Once you have selected your preferences, you are on your way!
Step 4: Finalise your Order
Now that you’ve selected all your preferences for your item(s), you are almost done. You have three options:
Whichever you choose, your order will be dealt with accordingly. You can go ahead and add your order to your basket, save the order for later (all Saved for Later orders are saved in your basket) or email your order to whomever you wish.
Step 5: Checking Out
From here on out, it is fairly simple: once you have added your item(s) to your basket, and are ready to check out, click Next and you will be directed to the address page on which you are able to choose the address you’d like to have your order delivered to. Once you have selected this, you will be able to add additional delivery notes.
Once you are happy with all this, you will be directed to payment. Impress offers you two options: either directly secure payments with PayFast, or request an invoice for an EFT.
There you have it! You are all set and we will notify you via email that your order is successful.
